ORDER ISSUES

 

Where is my order?

You will receive your order 7-25 business days after order is placed.

For processing time we may need up to 1-3 days to prepare your order. The processing time does not include shipping time.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, systemically the processing of the order starts almost immediately but in some circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order. 

The best way to get your issue resolved is to email us using our contact us form and request that your order be cancelled.

You will receive an email confirmation if we have been successful in cancelling your order. If not, please follow our returns procedures for unwanted items.

Please note we CANNOT cancel an order that has already been shipped.

 

DELIVERY

 

I still haven’t received my package. Where is my order?

Your estimated delivery date is 7-25 business days, please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. If your estimated delivery date has passed please contact us.

 

How long does delivery usually take?

Our delivery timescale is 7-25 business days. However, we usually find our orders are delivered with 2 weeks.


Why was my order divided into 2 or more packages?

We will do partial shipping for the following circumstances:

  1. Items is in different warehouses.
  2. Hot selling products need additional preparation.
  3. Weight limit of customs or courier.

You will receive an email notification when each parcel has been shipped.

 

Why does it show my tracking number is invalid?

If you have a tracking number that means the package has been shipped out.

The parcel is sent from our warehouse first, once the courier has scanned the the parcel the tracking number will be updated. It may take 2-5 days to see activity once it’s been shipped our end.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

How can I return items?

We have options available for customers that are not satisfied with their Glam Swan purchase. For more information, read our return policy.

 

What is the status of my return?

Once returns are inspected we will send a return confirmation email. It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

We refund immediately, however it may take 5-10 business days to show on your account, depending on how long it takes your payment provider to process your refund.

You can contact your payment provider for details on how long this process will take.

 

Do you except exchanges?

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item, or alternatively you can place the order for your new item

 


What if received a wrong / defective / stained item?

We want to sort out any issues with wrong/defective/stained items straightaway.

As soon as you discover a wrong / defective / stained item please contact us with;

  1. The order number.
  2. The items name.
  3. A description of the problem and some clear pictures.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
